This is the beginning of the 2nd year for Sharif Scholarship Awards.
We made a small beginning last year with 3 awards of $1000.00 each to deserving students in Mississauga. We are expanding the award to 5 scholarships of $1000 each to students pursuing Undergrad or Grad studies at a University or College in Canada, in 2019. In addition, we have a new award for High School students deserving of financial aid. We have instituted the award of 3 laptop computers for these High School students in 2019.
We hope that these scholarship awards would in some small way make a significant impact in the lives of the young students who win these awards, helping them become better citizens of Canada
